Abstract
Electric and magnetic properties of double perovskites Sr2FeMoO6 type were investigated. The samples were prepared by solid-state reaction method using two routes and different process time: synthesis in a reducing atmosphere and in vacuum. The structure and morphology of the samples were analyzed by XRD and atomic microscopy. Electric measurements showed mainly both a semiconducting behavior in the temperature range 160K to 320K and magneto-resistance at low temperatures. Samples produced in vacuum displayed the higher magneto-resistance. Cationic disorder and impurities can be responsible for the electric and magnetic behavior observed in the samples.
