Abstract

We present a detailed review of the Standard Model of Cosmology and its main problems. Starting from the de Sitter solution, the lnflationary Model is introduced. We show the constraints that "New lnflation" imposes to the parameters of the SU(5) Coleman-Weinberg effective potential. It is found that the strongest constraint, i,e. energy density fluctuations, is common to the potentials of λΦ4 type.
