Abstract
Sorne harmful viewpoints about objetivity and truth in science are presented and they are analysed on the basis of currently accepted concepts in normal scientific research and technological applications. The social and professional duties of scientists in these regards are pointed out and sorne possible answers against the anti-science movements are given.
