Abstract
We propose an integral equation to determine the S- matrix and an approximate method to determine its solution. The method is applied to the system He+ + Ne in a two states model and for an energy of E= 10.9 eV. The theoretical results are compared with data of other methods (LZS, DW, UWKB) and they have also a good agreement with the experiment.
