Abstract
Physics studies the relation between light, particles, space, time, and energy. The main aim of this contribution is to show the rapid development of communications in the last century based on the invention of the transistor and the laser. Both of them started the competition for miniaturization, which shows us the new world of Nanoscience and Femtoscience and their incredible possibilities in the future.
