Abstract
The association of Eulophoceras jacobi Hourcq with Droseridites senonicus, Monocolpopollenites spheroidites, Extratriporites sp., Triorites spp., Tricornites spp., Syncolporites gr. Retimonocolpites spp., Psilamonocolpites spp., Araucariacites australis, Cyathidites spp., Alisogymnium euclaensis, and Coronifera oceanica is reported. Based on this assemblage, an early Coniacian age has been assigned to these sediments, which are located in the upper lower segment of the Loma Gorda Formation (Bambuca creek – Aipe – Huila – Colombia).
