Abstract
From 66 male trout classified according to weight (less than 350 g, 350-500 g and large than 500 g) a second sperm extrussion was obtained seven days after the first one. The total concentration of spermatozoa varied from 1,650 to 25.780 million per milimi- ter in the second extrusion. No significant differences in concentration, motility and via- bility of spermatozoa were found when comparing the three groups.
