Abstract
Chaotic dynamics of Bose-Einstein Condensates in Potential traps. An analysis of chaotic dynamics of Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC) within potential traps is presented by using a Hamiltonian formulation and a generalized phase space. Onset of chaotic behavior of the system is identified by taking advantage of Poincaré sections and evolution spectrum; chaoticity degree is measured by means of Lyapunov exponents and Kolmogorov-Sinai (KS) entropy.
