Abstract
Three (27,3%) of 11 marsupials captured were found parasited with digenean trematodes from two families: Rhopaliasidae (Looss, 1899) Yamaguti, 1958 (Rhopalias) and Opistorchiidae Braun, 1901 (Amphimerus). The mammals were captured in Llano Bajo and Bajo Calima, Municipality of Buenaventura, Department of Valle, Colombia. The trematodes were measured and described, among them a new species Rhopalias caucensis.
